Workspace

After Accie Accounts signs you in, the workspace at ocr.accie.ai is where you upload, review, and export.

Signed-in Jobs, Upload, and Settings screens are not shown here. Controls and limits match the Accie OCR workspace.

Sidebar

Workspace nav items (in order): Upload, Batches, ID scan, Jobs, Templates. Breadcrumb in the top bar is module › screen (for example Workspace › Upload). Profile menu (Identity on): My account and Billing open Accie Accounts, while Settings stays in OCR. Platform admin links only render when /api/v1/me returns is_platform_admin.

Upload

Route /upload (ocr.accie.ai/upload). Status labels:

Upload copy: “Up to 20 files here for fast processing. Larger drops belong on Batches (up to 200).” Allowed extensions: .pdf .png .jpg .jpeg .tif .tiff .webp.

Document class select defaults to Invoice / voucher. Other options: Form, Document, Statements (bank / MF / PF / NPS), Handwritten English / Indic. Statement helper: “Password-free bank / MF / PF / NPS PDFs. Pages over 36 are split, processed, then combined in order without repeating headers.” Template select: “None — standard extract”. Tag input max 80 characters, placeholder “e.g. Acme Traders”.

Jobs, batches, templates

Jobs / — list and open a job. Detail is /jobs/:id. Page text and extracted fields can be patched, and exports are requested per format.
Batches /batches — up to 200 files. API: POST /api/v1/batches.
Templates /templates — extraction templates. /forms redirects here. Extract UI: /extract.
ID scan /id — present in the sidebar. Product config default id_scan_enabled=false. Soft validation only — not UIDAI/NSDL.

Export

Template tests and exports return pages_charged: false. Accie does not file GST or post into Tally — invoice exports are files you import.
